Regenerating Territories – Pará

Developed by Instituto Aupaba in strategic partnership with local institutions and supported by the National Confederation of Commerce (CNC), “Regenerating Territories” is a landmark publication that redefines how the state of Pará — and the Amazon as a whole — can be seen, valued, and engaged with.

A project woven by many hands

This material is the result of deep dialogue with traditional communities, experts, public managers, social entrepreneurs, and institutional allies — all united by a common desire: to build a new logic for tourism in the Amazon. A logic grounded in care, reciprocity, and restoration.

We are not offering ready-made formulas, but open pathways. Like the winding streams that flow through the forest, this publication invites us to explore multiple journeys — guided by the ethics of encounter and by listening to the voices of the land.

May this material serve as both a tool and an inspiration for a collective regeneration pact.
